Ramadan Ration Distribution

Ramadan Ration Distribution

UVA  organizes Ramadan Ration Distribution programs to support underprivileged families during the holy month of Ramadan, a time of reflection, compassion, and community solidarity. Many low-income households struggle to meet daily food needs, especially during Ramadan, when expenses increase and income opportunities may be limited.

Through this initiative, UVA  distributes essential food ration kits containing staples such as rice, flour, pulses, cooking oil, sugar, dates, and other necessities required for Sehri and Iftar. These ration kits help ensure that families can observe Ramadan with dignity and peace of mind.

The program prioritizes widows, orphans, elderly individuals, daily wage earners, and marginalized families who are most vulnerable to food insecurity. With the support of dedicated volunteers and community partners, UVA ensures fair identification of beneficiaries and transparent distribution of aid.

By reducing the burden of food expenses, the Ramadan Ration Distribution program allows families to focus on spiritual well-being rather than survival.
